Cancellation Policy

Your time is valuable—and so is ours.
To care well for each of our clients and honor every story entrusted to us, we’ve created this cancellation policy with kindness and clarity in mind.
When you book your session, full payment will be requested to reserve your time. This helps us ensure that each appointment is thoughtfully held and prepared for.

We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 7 days in advance.
In that case, your payment can be refunded or applied to a future session—your choice.
If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 7 days before your scheduled time, your payment will be kept as a cancellation fee.
This helps us honor the time we set aside for you and keep our schedule fair for all.
